- Children aged 6 and under may participate free of charge when accompanying a group. Proof of age must be presented. If no proof of age is provided, the standard rate will apply.
- Players aged 12 and over may take part in the experience without adult supervision, except for the Asylum and Haunted House rooms, which are only accessible to players aged 14 and over.
- Children under the age of 12 are welcome only as part of a family outing and must be accompanied by at least one adult.
