POSTE TEAMMATE / GAME MASTER AT GLORIOUS ESCAPE GAME VELIZY

CDI / CDD

Glorious Escape, is the largest Escape Game establishment in 78 Yvelines and Ile de France with 800m2 of space for 9 game rooms.

We are looking for teammates / Game Masters for our development.

Main qualities required for this position: A real sense of hospitality and customer relations, a smile, knowing how to work in a team.

Main things to work on :

• Welcome players. (Get rid of their belongings, suggest that they go to the bathroom and invite them to freshen up before the game)

• Introduce yourself, give safety instructions, explain the story by offering total immersion. (Acting)

• Ensure the smooth running of the game session. (Camera surveillance)

• Perform a debriefing with the players at the end of the session. (Take a souvenir photo)

• Put the equipment back in place for the next play session.

• Ensure the maintenance of the room at the end of the day and check the cleanliness throughout the working day. (Cleaning common areas, toilets, emptying trash cans)

• Check the stocks of consumables and anticipate stock shortages by notifying their manager (drinks, cleaning products…)

• Ensure that the game rooms are in working order. (Some light DIY may be required)

Training and experience :

• Junior receptionist (minimum baccalaureate level).
• Customer relationship experience.
• Knowledge of the Escape Game environment.

Skills :

• Excellent relationship
•  Animation skills
• Good computer skills: PC environment
•  Organized, communicative, able to work in a team
• Curious, versatile and handyman

Several positions to be filled immediately: CDI / CDD

• Work in the evening, weekends, compulsory holidays. (No need to send your application if you are not available for your assignments)

Consideration :

Hourly minimum wage base, possibility of working overtime (up to 40 hours per week), quarterly bonus according to involvement.
